GTM Consent Mode Preview Mode UI glitch confirmed fixed

Simo Ahava reported: and subsequently confirmed resolved: a UI glitch in Google Tag Manager's Consent Mode APIs within Preview Mode. The bug, flagged by Jim van der Zalm , caused the consent state to be misrepresented in the debug view, potentially misleading advertisers checking Consent Mode implementation during QA.
