We have a large product catalog and struggle with ad creative fatigue. Should we use DPA exclusively or mix in manual creative? How do you handle audience segmentation when you have so many products across different categories?

With 500+ SKUs, I would recommend a hybrid approach: use Advantage+ Shopping campaigns for your top 20% revenue-generating products, and DPA for the long tail. For creative fatigue, build a system: 3-5 new creatives per week, test in a dedicated testing campaign with $20-30/day budget, then graduate winners into your scaling campaigns. We manage a brand with 800+ SKUs and this framework keeps ROAS above 4x consistently.

DPA is great but make sure your product feed is immaculate. Custom labels for margin tiers, seasonality, and bestsellers. Then build separate ad sets for each custom label group. This alone improved our ROAS by 40%.
