Amazon silently suppresses US listings enrolled in North America Remote Fulfilment
Vanessa Hung flagged a pattern affecting sellers enrolled in North America Remote Fulfilment (NARF): US product listings can be suppressed without any policy violation, seller-initiated change, or explanation from Amazon. The suppression occurs because NARF: a programme that allows US sellers to sell in Canada and Mexico using existing US FBA inventory: can trigger listing state changes in the US marketplace as Amazon manages fulfilment routing across the network.

What changed
The absence of a notification or clear resolution path makes the issue particularly disruptive: sellers see their listings go dark and initially assume a policy problem, when the actual cause lies in the NARF programme mechanics. A review of NARF enrolment status and marketplace-specific listing visibility is the first diagnostic step.
Why it matters for advertisers
For you, this means auditing your NARF enrolment status for any US listings that have been unexpectedly suppressed, and setting up ASIN-level performance monitoring to catch suppression events quickly.
