Shoppable Collections ending February 27
Amazon is discontinuing Shoppable Collections on February 27, 2026. The beta feature will disappear from Product Detail Pages and A+ Content Manager, with Brand Story automatically replacing it for sellers who had implemented it.

What changed
Vanessa Hung cautions against reading this simply as a failed feature. Amazon's product development process involves testing features, gathering data, and often embedding successful elements elsewhere rather than scaling the original implementation. Shoppable Collections may have provided insights that inform how Amazon handles product collections in other contexts. For sellers who used the feature, the transition to Brand Story should be automatic, but verifying the switch is worthwhile.
