Trigify is closing its standalone platform after the team joins HubSpot

Written by Paid Media Collective
IN BRIEF

Trigify’s 23 September notice says its team is joining HubSpot and the standalone service will retire. It is not a migration of the product into HubSpot.

What changed

Most customer access ends on 22 October at 23:59 BST, with contractual exceptions. Export the data you need and map replacement workflows before the deadline; do not assume existing automations or account history will transfer.

Inventory the exports, alerts and integrations that depend on Trigify. Check the account’s contractual end date, export required information and test a replacement before access ends. Confirm cancellation or billing arrangements directly through the applicable terms, and document any historical data that cannot be recreated after the platform closes.

The closure notice gives 22 October at 23:59 BST as the end of access for most customers, with exceptions governed by individual arrangements. That date should be checked against the account’s own contract rather than copied blindly into every customer plan. The notice is about the standalone platform closing after the team joins HubSpot, not a guarantee that the same product or stored information will be available elsewhere.

Treat the remaining time as a continuity project: identify critical dependencies, export the information the business is entitled to retain and check that the export can be opened and understood. Test replacement alerts or integrations before turning off the old process. Assign an owner to any workflow that cannot be migrated in time, and tell internal users which historical information will no longer be available. Avoid leaving the change until the final day, when a failed export or missing field may no longer be easy to resolve.

THE COLLECTIVE PERSPECTIVE

Why it matters for advertisers

A standalone service closing creates a migration deadline for dependent workflows. The team’s move to HubSpot should not be interpreted as an automatic transfer of customer data, integrations or subscriptions into another product.

What to check next

  • Export required data and replace dependent workflows before your contractual access end date.
