Amazon SP and SB Prompts move to general availability with standard CPC billing
Amazon Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands Prompts have moved into the standard CPC bidding and billing framework as the feature becomes generally available across all accounts. During the beta phase, prompts operated as an experimental engagement layer.

What changed
With GA, prompt clicks are treated like standard ad interactions within the auction: impressions, clicks, and orders from prompts are now visible in campaign reporting.
Why it matters for advertisers
For you, this means auditing current SP and SB campaigns for prompt performance data and monitoring whether prompt interactions are contributing to conversion behaviour or inflating click costs without downstream value.
