Written by Paid Media Collective

What changed

A new "Collect leads" option is now available in the Meta AI Business Chat integration for Messenger, enabling the AI agent to request customer information directly inside chat conversations. Meta has updated how CTA buttons work on existing posts used in ads: the button now appears only in the ad placement, not on the original organic post. Finally, Meta is increasingly prompting advertisers to accept AI-generated budget increase suggestions for days it identifies as high-opportunity periods.

THE COLLECTIVE PERSPECTIVE

Why it matters for advertisers

For you, this means checking your CTA button settings on promoted posts, reviewing any automatic budget increase recommendations before accepting, and evaluating whether the Manus Instagram connector is appropriate for your workflow.
