What changed

Bringing conversation and delegated work together changes how teams move from asking a question to working on a task. The announcement also describes enterprise controls around access and usage. It should be read separately from Claude Duet, the proactive-agent preview already covered by Paid Media Collective.

For a marketing organisation, the relevant distinction is between a conversational answer and a task that can interact with working materials. A team assessing the experience should identify which actions are permitted and which still require review, especially when shared documents or client work are involved.

An initial evaluation can use a bounded internal task, such as turning an approved brief into a structured working document. Check whether the result preserves the source, whether collaborators can inspect it and whether responsibility for changes remains clear. Do not infer that a unified interface removes the need for those checks.

The announcement concerns an enterprise product experience, not an advertising release or a measured performance improvement for marketing teams. This article preserves the Enterprise announcement date rather than resetting the date of the earlier consumer-plan release.

An enterprise evaluation should begin with a bounded workflow and a named reviewer. Record which files or connected services the assistant can access, where a colleague reviews proposed work and how a completed output is handed back to the team. The shared interface does not remove the need for those controls. Measure whether the workflow saves time without reducing output quality, and verify the organisation's settings before treating availability for Enterprise as permission for every employee to use every connection.
