Data Manager API adds new connector support
Google has expanded the Data Manager API with new connector support, detailed in the Google Ads Developer Blog. The expansion lets advertisers combine the foundational Google tag with richer customer signals: such as store sales, CRM events, and offline conversions: through a single API surface rather than the previously fragmented per-source integrations.

What changed
The work runs alongside the Data Manager Map View (covered in the pre-GML preview entry above), giving advertisers both a visual data-flow surface and a programmatic ingestion surface for the same first-party data layer.
Why it matters for advertisers
For you, this means engineering teams maintaining custom server-side conversion pipelines can collapse multiple per-source integrations into the Data Manager API. Particularly relevant for advertisers running scaled offline conversion imports, CRM-driven enhanced conversions, or store-sales-to-online attribution, where the integration surface area has been the operational pain point.
