Meta launches no-cost, one-click Conversions API setup
Meta has rolled out a no-cost, one-click Conversions API setup, simplifying CAPI deployment for advertisers without a dedicated technical resource. Bram Van der Hallen has flagged the launch and notes the practical scope: advertisers with an active advanced CAPI configuration already in place do not need to change or update their setup.

What changed
The new one-click flow is targeted at advertisers who still rely solely on the Meta Pixel and lack the technical resources to deploy server-side tracking.
The basic CAPI version delivered through the one-click flow is meaningfully less rich than the advanced configuration: but materially better than Pixel-only tracking, particularly for iOS-affected attribution where browser-side signals have been weakest.
Why it matters for advertisers
For you, this means the right answer is: if you already run advanced CAPI, do nothing. If you are Pixel-only because deploying CAPI has been blocked by tech resource availability, this is the unblock. Worth scoping a pilot account for the one-click setup before rolling it into the standard onboarding playbook for new clients.
