What changed

Advertisers can filter products by attributes such as SKU, title, GTIN, and product ID, and quickly see which products are active, serving, and performing. The tool highlights eligibility issues, metadata gaps, and other factors preventing products from serving, surfaces top issues in Recommended Actions, and allows exporting filtered lists, with performance data available for the last 30 days.

It is available in all markets for advertisers with fewer than 100,000 SKUs; for larger catalogues, the Products view is not shown. The tool addresses a long-standing pain point with large feeds: it is hard to tell which items are eligible or are missing critical data.

THE COLLECTIVE PERSPECTIVE

Why it matters for advertisers

For you, this means Microsoft advertisers gain a faster way to diagnose why products are not serving and to move more of the catalogue into an impression-generating state. Worth using the eligibility and metadata views to prioritise feed fixes that unlock products currently sitting idle.
