Christian Otto Kelm flagged that Amazon's Virtual Multipacks (VMP), which bundle units automatically and require sellers to opt out rather than in, are now also surfacing automatically inside Ads. Worth a check for sellers who never deliberately set up multipacks but may now be advertising them.
