Amazon · Status at source date: Seller notice
Seller Fulfilled Prime in the UK will be judged by size group from 30 October
Oleksandr Kovalov reports an Amazon UK notice splitting Seller Fulfilled Prime products into standard, oversize and extra-large groups from 30 October, with Prime performance checked per group rather than per account. Two rules follow on 6 January 2027: standard-size products must show a one-day delivery date on at least 25% of page views, and extra-large products may ship with any tracked carrier if on-time delivery stays at 97% or above, with warning emails only until January. We could not open the Amazon notice. One slow size band can cost the Prime badge, so check your one-day delivery share per group now.

What changed
What this means in practice
This remains a report of an Amazon UK seller notice. The direct policy notice was not accessible during preparation, so the thresholds and timing are attributed to the practitioner account rather than presented as independently confirmed global rules. The story does not establish changes outside the UK programme.
The practical issue is aggregation. If eligibility is assessed separately by size group, a strong overall delivery average could conceal a weaker group. A seller can prepare by separating performance for standard, oversize and extra-large products, checking the share of views with a one-day promise and the reliability of the promised delivery date.
Keep the October grouping change distinct from the reported January requirements. Confirm the account's own notification and category assignments before changing fulfilment operations or carrier contracts. For paid-media planning, monitor whether affected offers retain the intended delivery promise and Prime presentation. Advertising performance should not be diagnosed solely as a bidding issue when the purchase proposition or delivery eligibility has changed.
Use the seller notice visible in the account as the operational reference if its wording differs from the report. The public article retains the reported dates to help sellers locate that notice, while making the access limitation explicit. It does not establish enforcement outcomes for any individual seller.
