Ask Advisor unifies the per-product advisors into a single agentic experience
Ask Advisor is being unified across Google's marketing surfaces: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Merchant Centre, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, and soon more: into a single agentic experience that travels with the user across products. The unified advisor remembers business goals and context, surfaces the right product for each conversation, and proactively suggests next steps.

What changed
The structural shift: the previous per-product advisor architecture (Ads Advisor, Merchant Advisor, Security Agent) is collapsing into a single Ask Advisor identity, serving as the unified Gemini-powered agentic assistant across Google's marketing stack. Ask Advisor is upgraded to Gemini 3 and is now available in the Google Ads mobile app.
Beyond Google Ads and Google Analytics, Ask Advisor lands in three more surfaces with distinct value propositions:
Display & Video 360 (Beta, Global, All languages): upload a media plan, auto-translate into a campaign setup, track creative rejections, one-prompt line-item dashboards. The enterprise/programmatic surface is most likely to compress media planner workflows.Search Ads 360 (Pilot, Global, English): rolling out first to Commerce Media Beta retailers within the Insights Hub. Native to retail media network workflows: clicks/conversions/ROAS queries, retail-media-metric definitions, policy troubleshooting, reporting interpretation.Campaign Manager 360 (Beta, Global, All languages): conversational support replacing the standard ticket → wait workflow for CM360 customers. Help Centre–integrated direct answers.App Connect in Ask Advisor (GA, all EN globally plus select ES/PT/JA/VN/TR): virtual app specialist that walks marketers through importing in-app conversion actions, enabling app-based bidding, and fixing misconfigured deep links.
Why it matters for advertisers
For you, this means that workflow design should anticipate that Ask Advisor will be the default cross-surface interaction layer for Google's marketing products. Particularly relevant for agency teams managing multiple client accounts, where context-switching between products has been an operational drag. Availability: Beta (most surfaces), Global, English.
