Multi-Party Approval for Google Ads - Tutorial is now available
Google introduced multi-party approval, a security feature that requires a second administrator's authorisation before high-risk account changes take effect. Actions that trigger approval requests include adding, removing, or changing user roles.

What changed
When an administrator initiates a sensitive change, another administrator must approve or deny the request. Requests expire after 20 days if not acted upon. Administrators can also revoke their own pending requests from the Access and Security page.
Why it matters for advertisers
For you, this means enabling multi-party approval adds a layer of protection against unauthorised account access and hijacking.
