What changed

These remain individual layout observations, not a Microsoft rollout announcement. The image below illustrates the AI Overview example; it does not document all three treatments.

Three examples are grouped in this roundup: an ad inside a Bing AI Overview, a square-image multimedia treatment, and a Menu heading attached to a result. They involve different surfaces and should not be treated as a single selectable ad format. The supplied image illustrates the AI Overview observation only.

Khushal Bherwani reported the AI Overview example on 29 October and the square-image treatment on 26 October. Sachin Patel's Menu-heading example appeared in coverage dated 31 October. These dates describe reports, not Microsoft release milestones. Search Engine Roundtable's inability to reproduce the AI Overview example is a material limitation, not proof that the original screenshot is fabricated.

An advertiser checking a similar result can record the query, location, device and date, then preserve enough surrounding context to show sponsorship labels and the destination. Repeating the search helps establish whether the treatment persists, but even repeated sightings do not prove general availability or account-level control.

Keep campaign changes separate from that observation exercise. An unusual layout does not establish a new bidding option, a new inventory entitlement or an improvement in conversion performance. Review the available settings in the actual account and any applicable official guidance before planning creative specifically around one screenshot.

The two practitioners receive distinct contributor credits. Their examples provide evidence about what was displayed, while Microsoft remains the platform owner. This article does not convert the roundup's latest coverage date into a shared launch date for all three treatments.
