Meta video audiences show three engagement tiers
Bram Van der Hallen reports three choices when creating video-retargeting audiences: all viewers, engaged viewers and highly engaged viewers. The observed labels replace the more granular percentage choices in that account's creation flow.

What changed
Check the definitions displayed in your own account. The observation does not establish that saved audiences were changed or must be rebuilt, and the precise thresholds behind the higher-engagement tiers remain unclear.
The labels describe audience-creation choices visible in one account. They do not, on their own, reveal the exact watch-time or percentage rules behind engaged and highly engaged viewers. An advertiser should read the definitions available in its own interface rather than importing assumptions from an older percentage-based audience.
Start by recording which audience definition is currently used in each relevant ad set. If creating a new audience under the observed choices, keep its name and documentation explicit about the selected tier and source videos. Similar names can conceal different membership rules, particularly when older saved audiences remain in use.
For a comparison, treat audience size, delivery and downstream results as separate measures. A smaller high-engagement audience may have different reach and frequency characteristics, but the label alone does not guarantee better conversion efficiency. Campaign objectives, exclusions, creative and the time window can all affect a comparison.
Nothing in the reported creation flow establishes that existing audiences were deleted, automatically migrated or made ineligible. There is therefore no basis in this screenshot for rebuilding every saved audience. Inspect the actual objects and any account notices before making changes that could disrupt active campaigns.
Bram Van der Hallen is credited for the 29 October observation. The source visual demonstrates the three choices reported, while the availability and precise thresholds remain unresolved. This article preserves those limits rather than describing the account view as a universal rollout.
