Google stops applying site-reputation manual actions inside the EEA
From 30 August, Google's site-reputation-abuse manual actions no longer affect users in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, while enforcement remains unchanged elsewhere. Google says affected third-party sections may instead be evaluated independently, and the change follows European Commission scrutiny under the Digital Markets Act.
